The purpose to this organization is to provide programs that will better the community of Spokane’s health, unity, knowledge, and overall neighborhood needs. This local organization partners with many others in order to get more of their needs met and to reach more families in the city of Spokane, providing for a variety of needs in the area.
Waste Management Spokane Commercial Recycling is the leading provider of comprehensive waste management services in North America, providing services that range from collection and disposal to recycling and renewable energy generation.
The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) commissions and manages hunting, fishing and other recreational activities throughout the state of Washington. They are tasked with setting seasons for wildlife management units as well as monitoring the number of game species within those units and to improve opportunities for residents of the state and surrounding states.
The Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery provides safety for children, strengthens families and creates a healthier community in an environment of unconditional love.
The USO strengthens America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation. The USO has been the nation’s leading organization to serve the men and women in the U.S. military, and their families, throughout their time in uniform. From the moment they join, through their assignments and deployments, and as they transition back to their communities, the USO is always by their side.
