There will be a mandatory rehearsal for all commencement staff the week before the ceremony.

Rehearsal will last about one hour. If you absolutely cannot attend, please contact Alex Mikkelborg.
At the rehearsal, we will hand out lanyards, shirts (if you do not already have one), commencement staff booklets, and meal vouchers if applicable. We will also go over some general information about the ceremonies at that time.
Break-out sessions for the different assignment types will follow the rehearsal. We encourage you to stay for these break-out sessions and get to know your fellow volunteers.
If you have any questions about your assignment (duties, time commitments, etc.), that's the time to ask!
