Latrice Williams has not only built one of Spokane’s fastest growing real estate companies, but she is also a talented musician, the legislative lead for housing and homeless advocacy for District 4, and an author.
Her journey, though, hasn’t been easy. As a formerly incarcerated Black woman, Williams fought her way into the world of corporate real estate firms before realizing it wasn’t for her. She said she felt overlooked and knew that she needed a change.
Through her company, Williams Homegirl Sells at Vision Properties, Williams hopes to provide opportunities and offer guidance for those looking to get into real estate and grow themselves and their career. She also writes books on how those looking to sell their homes can capitalize on their investments.
In the fight to make this world a better place, starting with Spokane, she uses performing arts to express and teach healing.

Diversity & Inclusion Week 2023
(April 17 – April 21)

We are thrilled to announce the winner of the Diversity & Inclusion Week Theme and Logo Contest, student, Brooke Allen.  Brooke’s concept, “Celebrate our Differences and Learn from One Another” was selected from 10 excellent student entries. When describing her design, Brooke said, “the rainbow arrows highlight how our differences flow into one another. I chose indigo for the color because it stands for harmony.” The logo will be used on marketing materials for this year’s events taking place Monday, April 17, 2023 through Friday, April 21, 2023.

Volunteers during D&I Week receive this beautiful t-shirt. If you have availability to volunteer during D&I Week,
please contact Stephanie Bradley at sbradley5@ewu.edu.
