Graduation & Commencement

In order to graduate students must apply to graduate and pay a graduation-processing fee via EagleNet by the following deadlines:

  • Feb 1: Spring Quarter/Summer quarter/Summer Semester
  • June 1: Fall Quarter/Fall Semester
  • Nov 1: Winter Quarter/Spring Semester

Note: To be included in the Spring Commencement Announcement, all Graduation Applications must be turned in by February 1.

This is the first step in the graduation process.

After the above deadlines pass, the Post-Admissions Coordinator will supply you with a list of your students who have applied to graduate that term. You should reconcile this list with your information to ensure that students who ought to be graduating have not failed to apply.

Students must notify Graduate Studies by submitting an Intent to Graduate form the quarter before their actual graduation term. This will clearly confirm they are ready to graduate. From these forms, the Post-Admission Coordinator will compile a final list and review it with each graduate program.
