Approvals and Compliance – Office of Grant and Research Development

The following three (3) forms are required to be completed prior to any proposal submission.

All forms: After pressing the 'Submit' button at the end of the form, you'll receive an email confirmation. If you don't receive the email confirmation, OGRD doesn't receive your form.

Institutional Approval Form

All proposals for external funding are submitted under the auspices of the University and must be approved by the appropriate chair/department head and dean. All approvals must be received BEFORE a proposal is submitted for funding.
