Eastern Washington University Police Department is committed to providing high-quality police services. Constructive comments will help us improve our delivery of service and achieve our goals. Complaints of misconduct are taken very seriously.

A commendation or complaint can be made at any time by letter, telephone, in person, via email or by submitting the online form below. Any supervisor can accept your comments. Your statement will then be forwarded to the Chief for review and assignment. You will be contacted by a supervisor as soon as possible for consultation and further explanation of the process.

The Online Process
Complete the online form that appears below. A supervisor will then contact you to review and clarify your issues. If needed, an investigation will be conducted and you will be provided with a notification of the results.

Please do not use this form to report crimes. If this is an emergency, please call 911. For all other crime reports, call (509)359-7676 or submit a report via the Online Crime Reporting (include your name or report anonymously).
