Our Mission
The EWU Foundation is a separate non-profit arm of the University, our sole mission is to engage alumni and friends in the philanthropic support of Eastern. EWU Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of Washington.
The EWU Foundation Start Something Big (SSB) Program seeks innovative proposals from faculty and staff that will enhance the university and its mission, support the university’s Strategic Plan, provide opportunities for development and research as well as increase student participation. Start Something Big Grants provide funding for new initiatives only.
Our Mission
Eastern Washington University (EWU) Multicultural Center (MCC) strives to help students, faculty, and staff understand multiculturalism, social justice, and the importance of inclusion. By providing student employment and educational opportunities, EWU MCC helps raise awareness of and empowers all people of marginalized identities, ultimately creating a unified community that values all cultures.
