Budgets and Administrative Services assists the Vice President for Student Affairs in management and coordination of all financial operations and contractual relationships with external constituents. There are 19 major departmental accounts as well as a large number of financial activities supporting those departments. In addition to direct financial and planning support to Student Affairs departmental managers, we supervise the Student Accounting Office. Student Accounting provides oversight for all Services and Activities and Club Funded financial activities and provides advice to student leaders and faculty advisors for both fund sources. It is responsible for daily monitoring of student organization revenue and expense activities as well as for providing training and budgetary advice to our student body.

The office also assists the Vice President in negotiation and monitoring of several contracts for critical services provided to the students of Eastern. This includes a contract to provide ambulatory medical care to our students available at clinics throughout the greater Spokane area and a contract for on campus childcare for our students, faculty and staff.
