2024
Winter Quarter
Week of January 22 – Begin training with work groups.
Work groups reviewed current mission, vision, and values draft statements. Along with a revised timeline, SWOT summary, how to write a sample goal statement, and how to structure desired outcomes.
Week of January 29 – First meeting held for all working groups.
The working groups did introductions, discussed the training with our consultant from the week prior, and decided on next steps moving forward.
Week of February 5- All work group members will participate in a training called “Applying Equity Tools in Strategic Planning”. Regularly scheduled meetings will also be occurring throughout the week. The co-chairs will also conduct a zoom presentation on the proposed mission, vision, and values.
Week of February 12- The strategic planning co-chairs will host a second zoom presentation on the proposed mission, vision, and values.
Week of February 19- Work groups will have drafts of goal statements as well as desired outcomes. Once completed they will be reviewed by the Strategic Planning Committee. Work groups will continue to have their weekly meetings. Co-Chairs will present progress to the Board of Trustees (BOT).
Week of February 26- First Strategic Plan Townhall of 2024 will be held on February 29th. Work groups will continue to have their weekly meetings.
