The official exam will not be formatted in precisely the same way, with the same number of classes, methods, etc.
This is just for practice so you have and understanding of what to expect on the official exam.
The amount of code you are asked to write on these exams is similar to the amount you will have to write on the actual exam.
The topics on this exam are a selection from the list on the About The Exam page.
The actual exam may have topics not addressed on this practice exam.
