Art Safety - Water Color - Water based paints include: watercolor, acrylic, gouache, tempera and casein. Formaldehyde may be present as a preservative in these products. Ammonia, resins, heavy metals and various solvents may also be present. This document outlines the approved procedures for working with these products.
