People touch their faces around 23 times every hour.
Your hands touch so many objects throughout the day (think doorknobs and spare change), it is safe to assume there is something on them that you don’t want in your body.
Your face contains many mucous membranes (eyes, ears, mouth, and nose) and those are nice pathways for germs to enter your body.
Keep germs out of your body, don’t touch your face!
