The Pre-Bid Conference is MANDATORY

A Mandatory pre-bid conference and site walkthrough will take place at the Eastern Washington University – Cheney Campus on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 1:00 P.M in order to establish full extent of the work.

Prospective Bidders shall meet at the Rozell Plant – Construction & Planning Conference Room, Eastern Washington University, 1115 Cedar St., Cheney, Washington  99004.
