The Pre-Bid Conference is MANDATORY

A Mandatory pre-bid conference and site walkthrough will take place at the Eastern Washington University – Cheney Campus on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 11:00 am in order to establish full extent of the work.

Prospective Bidders shall meet at the Rozell Plant – Construction & Planning Conference Room, Eastern Washington University, 1115 Cedar St., Cheney, Washington  99004.
