Costs

Residential Camper: $1,050

Resident campers get to stay in the dorms every night during the camp.

Payment includes residence hall housing, all meals, class instruction and materials (except lab fees as noted), facilities usage, recreation, T-shirt, camp photo and a certificate of achievement. Free: an amazing experience of the mind and finding life-long friends.

Commuter: $950

Commuter campers go home every night and return to EWU campus every morning.

Includes meals (Monday-Friday), class instruction and materials (except lab fees as noted), facilities usage, recreation, T-shirt, camp photo and a certificate of achievement. Free: an amazing experience of the mind and finding life-long friends.

* Foreign registrations should include tuition payable in U.S. funds.

Scholarships

A very small number of partial and full camp scholarships are available for financially disadvantaged students. In order to acquire application information, please contact Satori Camp Scholarships c/o Sara Maleki at satoricamp@ewu.edu. The formal applications must be received prior to June 16, 2023.  Formal notification will be e-mailed on June 30, 2023.

Discipline and Supervision

The 2023 Satori Camp reserves the right to dismiss anyone for any serious violation of regulations. No tuition will be refunded for any camper dismissed or who voluntarily withdraws from camp. All participants are subject to continuous supervision and must remain with the camp at all times.

Health and Safety regarding COVID-19

Effective June 1, 2023, EWU will no longer require COVID-19 vaccinations to stay on campus.  Masks and other safety protocols will be determined by Washington State and by EWU as we get closer to July 2023. All safety requirements are subject to change without notice.

Important Information

Satori is for students aged 12-18, and camp will run from July 23-29, 2023.
