Approval Process
SPAC Categories:
Requesting Space, 110/210 Classroom Modifications, Remodel/Modifications/Construction and Non-maintenance Painting, Carpeting or Blinds must be approved in advance of the request being submitted online. These requests are then to be submitted online by the SPAC approvers and designees only.
Step 1: A department or university entity completes the Space Request Form Template and any additional documents/forms. These documents are then sent to the appropriate approver and designee for review.
Step 2: The SPAC Request Form Template is then reviewed by the approver/designee. If the request is approved for submission/review by the SPAC, the information is added to the online form and submitted by the approver or designee only.
Step 3: The request is moved through the review process.
