Spam & Pineapple
Ingredients:
• 2 cans Spam
• 1 can pineapple slices in 100% pineapple juice (reserve juice)
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Place Spam into an oven safe dish.
• Slice 4/5 through spam to create pockets.
• Cut pineapple slices in half and insert them into Spam pockets.
• Mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, and mustard.
• Pour juice mixture over Spam and pineapple.
• Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Serve with rice.
Hawaiian Roll Sliders
Ingredients:
• 1 package Hawaiian rolls
• 1 package ham lunch meat
• 1 package Swiss cheese slices
• 1 stick of butter melted
• 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Slice roll sheet in half horizontal (Do not break apart rolls).
• Layer the ham and cheese between the roll halves.
• Mix butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
• Pour butter mixture over sliders.
• Cover with tinfoil, and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
• Uncover and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
30 Minute Chili
Ingredients:
• 1lb ground beef
• 1 large yellow onion (diced)
• 3 tablespoons minced garlic
• 2 cans diced tomatoes
• 1 can red kidney beans
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons chili powder (add more to taste)
• 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (add more to taste)
Directions:
• In the bottom of a stock pot, stir fry beef, onion, and
garlic until browned.
• Add all remaining ingredients then bring to boil.
• Simmer for 20 minutes or until ready to eat.
