EWU is sad to report the loss of John Berdis, a longtime EWU staff member who passed away on Nov. 20, 2021. Berdis worked at EWU as the Parking and Transportation Services supervisor from 1998 until when he passed away, at age 63. His obituary can be viewed here.

Bob Quinn, PhD, who spent nearly 50 years teaching at EWU, passed away Oct. 10, following a three-and-a-half year battle with acute myeloid leukemia. He was 79.
